Airline Ticket Reservation & Purchase
- What is e-ticket?
- An electronic ticket (e-ticket) requires no paper ticket. The confirmation/itinerary that you receive upon payment of your reservation is your proof of ticketing. Bring both your confirmation/itinerary and a photo I.D. to the airport when checking in for your flight to receive your boarding pass. The benefit of an e-ticket is that it cannot be lost or stolen.
- Can I get a paper ticket?
- Yes, but a paper ticket will cost you an additional $50 and up, depending on the airline's fee for paper.
- Which day in a week applies to Weekend Rate?
- Generally speaking, Monday thru Thursday is considered as Weekday, and Friday, Saturday and Sunday are Weekends. Weekend rate is normally higher fare than one of weekday. Recently, Airline Company adds Saturday Rate in addition to weekend rate, and the rate is the highest.
- Are the Terms and Conditions important?
- YES. The terms and conditions let you know special rules and requirements about your trip. You need to read them every time you purchase travel.
- Will I always get the seat and meal I want?
- Meal and seat preferences will be passed on to the airline, but cannot be guaranteed. Seats for all passengers will be selected automatically based on the best seats available and adjacent to the primary passenger, if possible.
- Is there an extra charge for special meals?
- No, simply ask for the meal when you make your reservation. Meal service is not offered on all flights. Check with the airline for meal service for particular flights.
- Is there a fee for changing or cancelling my flight?
- If you wish to change or cancel your flight, you will need to contact your travel agent or the airline directly. Depending on the airline, you may be subject to fare increases and substantial service fees.
- What will happen if I lose my ticket or don't use it?
- If paper tickets are lost, call us or the airline to file a claim. Depending on the individual airlines' policy, you may be penalized substantial fees or required to purchase a new ticket. If the lost ticket is not recovered or used within 6 months, the airlines will, at a minimum, make a partial refund less processing fees. Certain bulk and coupon tickets are absolutely nonrefundable, even if lost, stolen or damaged. A minimum service fee will apply. Please call us or the airline for specific fees, policies and procedures regarding lost tickets.
- What is a cancellation fee for airline ticket?

- Can we buy a ticket in the US departing from Japan?
- Yes, it is called "Yobiyose flight". The term means "bring over", we use this term as we bring over our family or friend who lives in Japan to the US for sightseeing or short-term stay. The most advantage of this yobiyose flight is that you can change your returning date with a nominal fee, instead you cannot change it when you purchase in Japan.
- Do you have any discount fares for child or infant?
- Yes, a child fare applies to a person who has reached his/her second birthday but not his/her 12th birthday (2-11 inclusive) as of the date of commencement of travel, and an infant fare does to a child under the age of two years old. Infant fare is based on non-seat reservation, yet you can hold a seat if you pay for child fare. Usually child fare is about 75% and infant fare is about 10% of one of adult's. Please ask for a detail for each reservation with your travel agent. However, there is no child/ infant fare setting for US domestic airfare and some of international airfares.
- How can we make a payment?
- We accept most of major credit card, checks and cash.
- How do we receive airline ticket?
- We will issue airline ticket with e-ticket so that you may not need to bring any documents to the airport. However, we can mail it to you free by USPS regular mail service if you prefer.
- Can you make an arrangement for free ticket by mileage?
- Yes, we can make the arrangement for it with a service fee of $30.00 per ticket.
